លក្ខខណ្ឌក្នុងការចូលរួម

  1. អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ត្រូវចូលរួមកម្មវិធីរយៈពេល ៣ ថ្ងៃ ចាប់ពីម៉ោង 8:00 ព្រឹក ដល់ 8:00 យប់ ហើយត្រូវគោរពពេលវេលា មកទាន់ពេលវេលាជានិច្ច។
  2. អ្នកចូលរួមនឹងត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើស និងបញ្ជាក់តាមរយៈ Telegram ឬ Email (សូមបញ្ជាក់ Telegram Username របស់អ្នកនៅក្នុងពាក្យស្នើសុំចូលរួម)។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកមិនទទួលបានសារពីយើងត្រឹមកាលបរិច្ឆេទប្រកាសលទ្ធផល នោះមានន័យថាអ្នកមិនត្រូវបានជ្រើសរើសឡើយ។ ការចូលរួមនឹងត្រូវបានបញ្ជាក់ជាផ្លូវការតែបន្ទាប់ពីការទូទាត់បានជោគជ័យ។ ប្រសិនបើអ្នកតាំងពិព័រណ៍ដកខ្លួនចេញពីកម្មវិធីដោយហេតុផលផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន បន្ទាប់ពីបានចុះឈ្មោះ និងទូទាត់រួច អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការមិនសងប្រាក់ថ្លៃស្តង់វិញ។
  3. អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់ត្រូវរៀបចំស្តង់របស់ខ្លួន មួយថ្ងៃមុនថ្ងៃកម្មវិធី ដើម្បីធានាថាមិនមានបញ្ហា ឬកំហុសកើតឡើងនៅថ្ងៃកម្មវិធី។ សូមថែរក្សាទ្រព្យសម្បត្តិ និងសម្ភារៈរបស់អ្នកដោយខ្លួនឯង។
  4. អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីមិនទទួលខុសត្រូវចំពោះការបាត់បង់ ឬការខូចខាតសម្ភារៈ ផលិតផល ឬឧបករណ៍ណាមួយដែលទុកនៅក្នុងទីតាំងកម្មវិធីឡើយ។
  5. អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការថតរូប ថតវីដេអូ និងថតសំឡេងនៅក្នុងបរិវេណកម្មវិធី សម្រាប់គោលបំណងផ្សព្វផ្សាយ និងឯកសាររបស់កម្មវិធី។
  6. ទំហំ និងចំនួនស្តង់ដែលបានជ្រើសរើសក្នុងពាក្យចុះឈ្មោះ គឺសម្រាប់ជាឯកសារយោងប៉ុណ្ណោះ។ អ្នករៀបចំព្រឹត្តិការណ៍អាចកែសម្រួល ឬផ្លាស់ប្តូរទីតាំង និងការរៀបចំស្តង់បាន ប្រសិនបើចាំបាច់។ សូមអរគុណចំពោះការយោគយល់ និងការសហការរបស់អ្នកចូលរួមទាំងអស់។
  7. ដើម្បីអនុវត្តតាមច្បាប់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិជាធរមាន សូមកុំដាក់ស្នើ ឬដាក់តាំងស្នាដៃដែលមានខ្លឹមសារអាសអាភាស អំពើហិង្សា ការញុះញង់ឱ្យមានសង្គ្រាម មាតិកានយោបាយ ឬមាតិកាផ្សេងៗដែលប៉ះពាល់ដល់សន្តិសុខជាតិ។ ប្រសិនបើមានការរំលោភលើលក្ខខណ្ឌនេះ អ្នករៀបចំកម្មវិធីរក្សាសិទ្ធិក្នុងការដកសិទ្ធិអ្នកចូលរួមចេញពីកម្មវិធីភ្លាមៗ។

‼️ តាមរយៈការដាក់ស្នើពាក្យស្នើសុំចូលរួម អ្នកតាំងពិព័រណ៍ត្រូវបានចាត់ទុកថាបានអាន យល់ព្រម និងយល់ស្របក្នុងការអនុវត្តតាមលក្ខខណ្ឌ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិទាំងអស់ដែលបានរៀបរាប់ខាងលើ។ ‼️

Terms and conditions

  1. All participants must attend on all 3 days from 8:00am – 8:00pm, and must be punctual.
  2. Participants will be selected and confirmed via Telegram or email (you must note your Telegram handle with the submission). If you don’t receive a message from us by the result date, it means you’re not selected. Participation will be confirmed only after successful payment. If an exhibitor withdraws from the exhibition for personal reasons after registration and payment, the organizer reserves the right to withhold the exhibition fee.
  3. All participants should set up their own stall one day before the event to ensure there will be no errors on the day of the event.
  4. Take care of your own belongings. We are not responsible for the safety of storing any material, product or equipment at the venue.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to take photos, videos, and record the sounds of the festival site and space.
  6. The booth specifications and quantities indicated by exhibitors on the application form are for reference purposes only. The organizer reserves the right to adjust booth assignments at their discretion. We appreciate the understanding, cooperation, and support of all exhibitors regarding these decisions.
  7. In order to comply with relevant national laws and regulations, please do not submit or exhibit works with obscene, pornographic, violent, warmongering, political or other harmful contents endangering national security. In case of this happening, we reserve the right to ban the participant from the event.
